It is with some regret that I've had to start watermarking the unretouched images "unretouched proof" due to models grabbing the proofs and posting them across the internet. While it's very nice to be credited for the image, it's also unfortunate as it implies that this is what I consider a finished product - something far short of reality. I post proofs for two reasons:
1)Everyone is excited and wants to see their images as quickly as possible.
2)I want to be sure that the models/clients get images they are happy with, and it's been my experience that the shots I personally consider the best of the day are different than those people pick for themselves. This insures I work on the photos you pick first, so you get the finished images more quickly.
